Legacy Era Second Imperial Civil War issues.

I downloaded the Legacy Era Second Imperial Civil War mod. the Folder it is in is LegacySICWV1 so I set my launch options to MODPATH=Mods\LegacySICWV1 and started Forces of Corruption.
I saw a loading screen showing a copule of Legacy Era Star Destroyers when when I reach the main menu and start Galactic Conquest I discover that it is running the Pirates verus Mandalorians mod instead.
Does anyone have any idea what I did wrong and how to fix it?
