I can't use mods in the game

so I have two mods subbed on this. Republic at war and Sci fi at war. I bought the game yesterday, booted it up, went on options, saw a mod launcher and... nothing. Just a blank screen nothing more.

since I already have two mods installed I found this confusing so I looked up what is wrong and apparently I need to add in some kind of mod code into the launching options. So I do. Add in the code, boot the game up, check out the mod launcher and... nothing still! Still just blank.

I don't know what's going on or why this game is not allowing me to even see the mods I want to use for it but I've tried to fix it enough times that now it's actually starting to annoy me so please... does anyone have a solution to this?

yes they are FOC only mods eaw has some mods too but not as many

foc mod launcher can be glitchy some times. use this guide to lauch mods

Right click on SW:EAW in your steam library > Properties > General tab

-Then under launcher pick FOC (if it's an FOC only mod)
-Under the launcher put the Steam mod id in the field i.e. ID for RaW is "STEAMMOD=1129810972"
