can't patch game with official RAM patch for FoC!!!!
it says unable to write to installation folder, please help, i really want to play it and run mods

That patch is for the disc version which has a different file layout.

This unofficial patch may work.

(Copy the data folder and perceptionfunctionG.dll into Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\GameData, then again copy the data folder, PerceptionfunctionG.dll and swfoc.exe into Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\corruption.)

still doesn't work man :( it crashes on startup
