How to repair asteroid mining facility in skirmish? (FOC)
So i wanted to play multiplayer in this game a bit (yeah, it's about damn time to learn eaw's multiplayer). That thing occured in space skirmish: my opponent was repairing his damaged asteroid mining facilities. I missed a chance to ask him how to do this. I tried doing so myself (RMB clicking on damaged asteroid mine, then every other button I imagined) but nothing happend at all. Does anybody know, how it's done? and by the way is there a hotkey for "boost weapons" (acclamator class, etc. empire cruiser ability)?

It's auto-repair. It start repair after some time passed without facility get damaged.

and how much time must pass before it starts self repairing?

and another thing. I tested this with bots. rebels mining facility somewhy is not repairing whereas empire's is repairing (dealt about 10% of damage to each)

I never calculated that, but maybe 15-25 seconds, but it's lose it when facility take damage. Mainbase has manual repairs. It's in xml. files so there you can see when starts. You can open with notepad. And when you test with bots then that time is diffrent, because bot AI. gets buffs when you are playing harder dificulties. Easy get less resouces and buildtime and repair time is longer. Let's say human player gets 1,0; easy AI. get 0,65; normal AI. get 0,95; and hard AI. get 1,30. (i'm not sure whats are real numbers, but those are very close. But all is in xml. file)

i don't know why is both are diffrend. Maybe is in that xml. file. I hope this help.
