Star Wars Empire at War not found by update
So I am trying to play FoC again and I keep getting a pop up that says I have to have Star Wars Empire at War version 1.05 to launch FoC. I downloaded the 1.05 update and when I try to launch the update it says that "Star War Empire at War not found. Please reinstall the game from the original CD-ROM and try again." I reinstalled the game and verified the files and the same thing keeps happening. Idk what to do at this point. (64 Bit windows and Steam version)

The Steam version is using the latest version of FoC. You do not have to download any patches to make it work.

So why is it when I try to launch FOC it keeps saying I need Empire at War version 1.05 when I am on version 1.120?

That's a strange issue for sure, make sure you do not have the disc version or GOG version installed too. Also you should try reinstalling the Steam version.
