Fleet Commanders
How many fleet commanders can you stack until the benefits are negated. I experimented with 20 commander (extreme) and I didnt feel like it helped much.

Uhh, I don't think you can stack their benefits. Only one buff applies.

Pretty sure the game just automatically uses the buffs from the best commander, and doesn't stack them at all.

that would be crazy. I could use the Executor with 20 Fleet Commander and the Executor would be invincible.
