Game Freezes Loading For Space Battles

Hello there! first post in this community, I have a couple hours in game, but I keep having an issue that is ruining the fun and preventing me from playing for extended periods of time, SPACE BATTLES, Everytime it goes to load a space battle it ends up freezing, task manager says it is still responding but it doesnt load, and either will never load or will stop running at some point while I wait, Ive tried reinstalling the game, lowering the settings, making sure the game runs as admin, Im at my wits end here and have no idea how I can fix it please help!

OH MY GOD I FOUND THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH Doing this solved my problem, goodbye auto save, Ill just make sure to save more regularly

You know. Since the update a few (I believe more) people are having that issue with the auto save. A friend of mine has no problem with the auto save. But let's leave that aside. The people with the problem had it somehow only with the ground battles. I am quiet surprised that you had it in the space combat.

Honestly it was pretty much any battle I went into it would either take FOREVER to load, or just end up freezing completely, deleting the suto save feature/disabling it made everything better so im a happy camper!

Do I just copy and paste it into the search bar for windows explorer, or do I do something to it. Or something else entirely?

No this is not for copy and paste. Because if you open your explorer and go to your (in my case it's C:/) drive you need to go first to users and then to the folder with your name and after that just follow my instructions from above or the other post(s).

you may have accidnetly clicked something or a unit before it finished loading, causing a crash.
