A few questions on the pause feature

I am glad this game has a pause feature. I was looking for an option for pause on the keyboard and I don't even see an option for it. So to make sure, we can only pause and unpause the game in single player by using the mouse, there is no keyboard short cut, correct?

Also, can we issues order in pause? I know I am still learning how to play but it seemed when I sent a probe droid to a planet, I couldn't do it on pause, but when the game was playing. Then some times I can issue move orders in combat when paused.

So I am not sure what can and can't be done when the game is paused.

Really liking what I am seeing. Just playing some scrap games to learn the mechanics. Once I understand this, this could have been the game I have been looking for all these years and I didn't know about it. Oh well better late than never. :)

you can for example tell units to go places or attack things while paused, but they wont move untl you unpause(duh), and when paused in Galactic Conquest you can for example queue buildings on multiplie planets, but cant move units, like your probe droid.

Thank you very much. Greatly appreciated. Yes I know units won't move until unpaused. :D I thought I could issue the order paused then they would move when unpuased. Just making sure.

I guess is also to prevent errors on galactive map , if it was possible probably someone would gave many orders at once befor unpause , leading to easy forget how many order like from where to where.
