Game crashes after I select a Mod.

So I've downloaded a few mods. Thrawns Revenge, Clone Wars, etc. When I start up the game it runs smooth. However after I select a mod from the options, it simply closes the game. What am I doing wrong? FYI I downloaded via Steam Workshop.

I've searched other threads and have not found a similar issue yet. If one exists that explains everything, please point it out to me. Great thanks to anyone's help!

Thats how it supposed to be. If it doesnt restart, either try again, or look for direct launch option (like one described in description of TR mod)
