No, sadly. Cross-platform play with Empire at War/Forces of Corruption (and cross-source) aren't possible, as Empire at War's new multiplayer is threaded directly through Steam.

No and the developers have told how they do not go to release the multiplayer patch or any other patch for other game versions. Specially because the multiplayer lobby uses capabilities from Steam.
