Missing planets??

So i go to play the game today and i notice that planets are missing textures and i cant travel to them even though i should be able too making the game realy boring to play as theres like no planets to fight for. if theres a fix id like to know

Sorry to hear that.... Are you sure they're not simply planets which aren't accessible to you yet, due to location, and the fact that some planets may only be reached from certain other planets?

If that is not the problem, then I suggest you try Steam Support (click "Help" in the top lefthand area of this Steam page, and then when the menu opens, click on "Steam Support").

Its not that i cant get to the planets for exsample bespin is missing even though i own the hyperspace lanes but thanks for the help :D

this game is quite old and does have a few terrain graphics issues stemming from compatibility with newer versions of direct x. have you tried an integrity check of the game cache with steam?

Yes i have i have kinda fixed by just reinstalling the game but like maybe 5 planets are still missing so im on the way to recovery
