If it's not there, I guess they added it to the default xml folder at Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\corruption\Data\XML\.
You're editing planet income right? It sounds like you know where to go from there, but in case you don't the tags you're looking for are <Planet_Credit_Value> (daily credit income) and <Planet_Capture_Bonus_Reward> (immediate credits upon capture).
Cause since the AI cheats in this mod...i wanna cheat a little back
(Dead thread revival) but there are no formal cheats for this game. You could do what these guys said above though and edit a planet to have a ridiculous amount of income however. You can also edit things like space population cap (not land pop cap) and ship construction times all with the power of Notepad++ in the XML files. I would recommend looking around and testing stuff, mess around with tiny values until you figure it out. I'm sure theres plenty of youtube videos detailing it too.
