Player vs. Computer: Game Types

Okay so I've finished the campaign mode and I would like to try going against the computer. When I tried creating a game it gives option for Game Types but there's only ever one option and that is Destroy Enemy Lab.
I looked it up and there's said to be two more, Destroy Enemy Base and Hunt Rex. Are these options available in Player vs. Computer mode or it only when battling others online? I'd like to know if there's more variety in mission objectives when playing against the computer. Thanks. :)

Destroy Enemy Base and Hunt Rex is only available in Online Games. Additionally, only a select few mods, including Vanilla (1.1), Better Insect, and Tellurian, actually have support for Computer players in online play, so if you want to play those game modes against the computer, those are the mods to look for.

You can't play on ICO without at least two human players though. i.e you won't be able to start the game if the lobby is only you and AI
