Campaign saves missing after quiting the game.

While we are in the game, we are able to see our own saves and the Mission saves. however after we exit the game, and re-enter, we only have the option to start the game from scratch. The Load menu is totally empty.

This is not happening for the Player vs Computer Saves.

On searching for the Saved files in the IC folder, I found that each time I entered the campaign, it created a new "State#" Folder where it stored all my progress, and saves.

Is there a continue button or a load button which I have missed?

Tried:
Deleted and recreated a New profile
Running Steam as Admin
Setting Full Control permission rights to the entire IC folder including sub folders

Maybe try verifying your game cache?

I honestly am not entirely sure how to fix this.

To verify your game cache, go through these steps:

1. Go to the Library section on Steam, right-click on the game, and select Properties from the menu.
2. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
3. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

I've verified my game files, and everything is ok, am I the only one facing this problem? Is there a button in game somewhere that I missed, to continue the last game, instead of starting a new campaign?

There is a load game button somewhere.

It's now working on it's own (not creating new states). The loading screen appears, after I've selected the campaign.
