Bring up File Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Impossible Creatures. Then look (or search for) ic.ini.
I don't know if it will reset by default, so you may want to turn on "-moddev" mode so that it doesn't get reverted.
Tell me if you need me to explain how to turn on "-moddev" mode or if you have any other questions.
Hopefully this was helpful!
It's going to be either tilde, apostrophe, backslash, or maybe @. But, yes, check ic.ini if those don't work.
As far as I know, -moddev only stops the game from looking for mod updates from subscribed Workshop content. The only things that would reset ic.ini are a cache verification or reinstall.
That's the (~) key and is the default for most people.
I have to hold ALT GR to get the ~ symbol, that doesn't seem to work in game as the ALT GR in game is a camera freemode ish hotkey.
