Any way to hack the Sound Blaster music onto this?

I'm really enjoying the audio commentary on the remaster, but I can't bear the Classic mode's interpretation of the MIDI. Instruments seem to be missing, volume levels are off, it's just abysmal. I loved this game to bits when I was a kid, but the MIDI is killing the nostalgia.
Is there any way to hack the Sound Blaster soundtrack (the one I grew up with) onto this? Thanks.
