This game opens up in a window, rather than fullscreen - how can I get it to open in fullscreen?

There is a choice for that in the options/settings within the game. Click Options/Settings and then click the right arrow until you find it (the choice is in the 2nd or 3rd options page).

Of course they did, but it's just easy to miss the arrow in the settings menu. I also just had to google how to do it (and luckily this came up).

Press Alt+Enter[Numpad] whenever you come across such fullscreen problems. Works with most legacy games and applications.
