Even if you bought the first Lego Indy, the levels in this one that go through the first three movies are all completely different and it has bonus levels so definitely get it even if you got the first one.

I reckon so, they're really two different games even though the stories are the same.

If you liked LEGO Star Wars Complete Saga and LEGO Batman 1, you'll definitely like Indy 1. If you like the older or more recent LEGO games, you'll definitely like Indy 2 - it and LEGO Harry Potter 1 I feel are right in the middle in terms of progression from the old format to the newer format.

Yes, if you've played the first Lego Indiana Jones game, then this game contains wayy more gameplay and is open-world so you have a lot to do. I loved the game as a child and I still love it.
