Last Crusade Start Up Crash

So about a week ago I unlocked the last crusade and i started to play it but then i had to go, and when i came back to play i pushed continue story and then the map loading screen came on and then all of a sudden it froze and seconds later the game crashed and i couldn't click anything, no even close the program so i had to restart my computer. This only happens on the last crusade all the other ones work fine.

*Note I did not complete any levels when i played it the first time

i know that i'm like 6 years late but go to the lego indiana jones 2 folder located in AppData/Roaming/LucasArts and delete the CachedShaders folder
