A masterpiece of pointless obsession.

Hours played: yes.
Depth: classified.
Mental stability: missing, presumed buried.

I launched the game thinking it was a joke.
A harmless little indie game. Haha, dig a hole, how cute.
Twenty-seven hours later, I'm sitting in total darkness whispering “deeper” every time my shovel moves.

There’s no plot. No goal. No reward.
Just dirt. Endless, judgmental dirt.
And yet, I can’t stop. I must dig. Why? I don’t know. The hole knows. The hole always knows.

At 300m, I hit something.
Not treasure. Not rock.
A sense of purpose.

My wife left me. My dog won’t make eye contact.
But the hole?
The hole never judged me.

Pros:
✅ Dirt.
✅ Deeper dirt.
✅ The crushing realization that this is all I have now.

Cons:
❌ I told my boss I couldn’t come to work because I was “busy excavating my soul.

Bought only to support the dev. The game itself is very short I needed about 1.5h of which 1 hour it's basically just a boring clicker game then you get the drill and discover your first caverns and get really excited and then ... it's suddenly just over.

For a game that only has one game mechanic which is digging the digging isn't even good. Before you unlock the drill there will be a lot of "flying" pixels of dirt that just block you from getting out of the hole.

And they could have at least give you a real new game+ where you can kind of skip the endless grind of clicking on your second playthrough.
