Afternoon well spent! Been yearning for a game like since the flash game Motherload on Miniclip back in the day

1 accessibility request for my old man hands - toggle dig on and off rather than having to hold button down

after completing the main goal, i set out on getting all achievements. after i got them all, i dug out the whole backyard. now that i have done all i can do, i may rest. truly a religious experience within this game.

Finally, a game that understands my life's purpose: digging a pointless hole. The controls? Flawless. The graphics? Dirt. The story? Existential. The ending? A deeper hole. 10/10 would shovel again.

This game game only takes 40 minutes if you just go for the treasure. So you may be wondering why it nearly took me nearly 6, well I didn't dig for the treasure, I digged because I wanted to dig, and it took me nearly 6 hours to dig EVERYTHING out. I do not regret it, it was very relaxing and I appreciate this game for just letting me live my childhood dream digging a massive hole in the garden 10/10. Would dig it all over again.

Good hour or two time waster, but not much after that. Needs more content imo, I want to dig deeper, but there is unfortunately a bottom, and it is not as deep as you think.

Good game.

If you've ever played an old flash game called Motherlode, this game is... basically the same concept, you dig down, at first you suck at doing it, but you mine ores that get more valuable as you go down and bring them back up before you run out of fuel/battery and die so you can sell, upgrade, go back down, and do it again, but better.

(FYI, if you want more games like this, there is actually a modernized version of Motherlode you can buy right here on Steam. Most of my playtime is in the old flash version of the game, but I have played a bit of the newer version and it is also quite fun, and even has co-op!)

Dug the entire yard down to the very end. I cried. wept even. This game was a religious experience. I love hole. I worship hole. hole is love. hole.
