Bought the place for 10k. Dug up the back yard, took out 100k worth of minerals. Instead of deciding to get eaten by moles, I have my own ending: spend 20k on hiring some dump trucks to bring soil to fill in the hole, end up with a nice house, a net profit of 70k, and I don't get eaten.
