It's an OLD flash game from the early 2000s, but you can play it if you buy the steam "Modern reimagining" of the game from the 2010s, which is called Super Motherload.

Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of Super Motherload as compared to the original Goldium Edition, but it's not a bad game. (It just lacks the replay value the original has.)
But for $15 USD, you get them both, so it's not a bad deal.
