bug - Save game does not remember the small bits I cleaned

Okay so I admit I might be a bit odd here but yesterday I went from the top of my garden and meticulously cleaned EVERYTHING, all nooks and crannies, all the small bits that were floating. This morning, I was a bit disappointed to see that there are now bits of dirt stuck to my wall again, which I am now too deep in for to clean comfortably. It's okay because I had fun but a bit disappointing nonetheless ^^
