Why do devs continue to not have FOV sliders in games?

Make sure these values match your resolution:
ResolutionSizeX=5120
ResolutionSizeY=1440
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=5120
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=1440
DesiredScreenWidth=5120
DesiredScreenHeight=1440
LastUserConfirmedDesiredScreenWidth=5120
LastUserConfirmedDesiredScreenHeight=1440
For me the last four were set to 720p.

Setting these to 3840 and 2160 doesn't work for me, with the file set to read only afterwards
