Crashes Windows 11 entirely - Have to reboot Windows 11
The Steam launcher for the game comes up, then seconds later the entire Windows 11 system crashes and my desktop power turns off. I hit the power button, Windows 11 boots up again just fine, everything works as normal, browsing, other games, no issues. I click to launch the game again via the shortcut on my desktop, again Windows 11 crashes to black screen and my PC power goes off.

Help? Tips? Launcher options to see what might be happening?

Can you try to repair the game files and see if that helps?
(Right click the game in the library > properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files)
actual had the same issue, the game crashed. and when trying to restart the game i got a bluescreen. Was really. In my error log it showed as Hardware error

RESOLVED:
Uninstalled "Sonic Radar" and "Sonic Studio 3" which are evidently no longer supported well for Windows 11 and my motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX Z-370E Gaming.
Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application showed that A-Volute module was crashing NahimicSvc32.exe

After I uninstalled both Sonic Radar and Sonic Studio 3, restarted PC, then Digging A Hole started up just fine.
