Family library access saves trouble

I have the game in family library, 2 steam accounts and 2 windows accounts.
When I want to play on account 2, I switch windows acc to 2 and there is different steam acc (#2), but when I start the game it still loads save from windows+steam account 1. Why does that happens?

This is because the save file is saved in %STEAM%\steamapps\common\A Game About Digging A Hole\DiggingGame\Saved\SaveGames rather than in the %APPDATA% directory. This means, it's saved with the game executable in an area shared by all Windows users rather than in your current user's personal storage area. So all players who use the game will access the same save file.
