Game not starting

i click on the desktop shortcut it seems to load fine then it jsut sits on a black screen and i ahve to ctrl+alt+ delete to get out of it anyone know how i can fix it?

I am having a similar issue, but I can't ctrl-alt-del out of it, I have to reset my whole computer to get out. I can hear audio playing but no video.
I know my issue is probably a resolution issue, but I have tried adjusting settings in the pcconfig.txt file but so far it hasn't helped.
If you want to give this a try and are on windows 7 you can find it in your C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\LucasArts\LEGO Star Wars - The Complete Saga

I got it working it just takes really long for the game to load up onc eit loads up it works fine thanks though

I have the same problem i have changed the resolution but it dosen't work, dont know what to do.

i dont know man mine just takes forever to start up but onc eit does it wokrs fine

i have the same problem takes about 2 minutes to start...but then works fine, is there any sturtup launch option, to skip something on startup that causing slow boot?

I've still had no luck getting mine to work, I've tried every trick I know, and trust me, I know several, but nothing has worked. This damn game has a mind of it's own!!

Update your graphic card and reboot your pc. Worked for me
