No, this is a compilation of The Original Trilogy and The Prequel Trilogy. The Clone Wars came later.

No it doesn´t include the same levels as star wars III the clone wars, but it does include the same story as told there. Star wars the clone wars is from episode II till 3. this game also includes those episodes but has different levels.

LEGO Star Wars III is based on the Cartoon Network animated series, not any of the prequel movies.

The Complete Saga comes with Episodes 1,2,3,4,5 & 6. Also included is some bonus content, such as bounty hunter missions, bonus missions, ETC.
