d3dx9_35 problem SOLVED
If you are having trouble with opening the game, search for "d3dx9_35" in the search bar while you are in the game's folder, find "d3dx9_35.dll" and extract it to the folder location where the application for the game is.

Go to File Explorer -> This PC
then type in the search bar and go off of the original post I made
