Help!!! Bug in Episode 4 Chapter 3 "Mos Eisley Spaceport "

Hi
I've been having a bug in the Episode 4 chapter 3 "Mos Eisley Spaceport", after you take control of Solo and Chewie and you have to pull a lever to move a box, when the box hits the floor it dissapears, so I can't continue the chapter.

I've tried to restart the chapter, restarting the game, restarting my PC, And Also I tried Uninstalling an Installing again, and it keeps occuring, I don't know what keeps doing that. Plz Help :c

Try reducing the Video and Effects to their lowest/off settings, and turn off all Extras.

You only have to do this just before the glitch. Pause the game to change settings, the same for just after, then you don't have to go through the whole chapter with those settings.

This has helped me get through plenty of Lego glitches. Hope it works for you too.
