Episode II Chapter 1 Minikit Issue

In Freeplay and trying to get the minikit in the above level at the area where you need to use torpedos to shoot down 5 of the blue tower things. I can get 4 of them alright, but the last one in the southwest corner is impossible to target no matter how much i position my vehicle. The purple arrows are not appearing.

Tried with both keyboard and XBOX controller.

I spent probably close to a half hour trying to circle around and by a random stroke of luck, got the minikit.
