Numbers

So i was inspecting the second location and i found something interesting.
There was a wall and a voice behind it. If you listen closely you can hear a specific combination of numbers and some comments.
here:
"1783. Open. Close.
2743.
4520. Open. End." and then it repeats itself.

First of all i though that it's a code for cellphone, but when i wrote it nothing happened. I still haven't finished Public School location tho. Any clues on what does this numbers mean?

The last set of numbers can't be for the phone since it doesn't have a 0.

It was in the original version of the game as well, so i doubt its for any new stuff
