Try to install directx 11. Directx 9 is an outdated version of it.

I installed directx 11 and does not work. the game starts and when I see the screen to enter the company name. the PC is rebooted.

That seems to be more of a driver problem... I've almost the same configuration and no issues like that. Could you please try updating your graphics driver?

I formatted the hard disk. installed motherboard and graphics card.
I have updated all drivers with the "driver booster"
I've also updated the drivers of the graphics card to date.

I have tried everything and do not know what else I can do

Just an idea: Did you check the temperatures of your graphics card and CPU? Maybe they are getting to hot?

yesterday I took my pc repair. The boy said the problem is the graphics card driver.
My card is geforce gtx 970. all drivers are updated 372.70. When I run the game and see the main screen to enter the name of the company. the PC is automatically rebooted.

The guy at the store. He said the driver was not creating a problem running the game. problem was the driver.

I have tried installing older drivers and does not work.

I can only play if I launch the game using the graphics motherboard (Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600).

With this graph the game works well. But the graphics are insufficient.

Who can help me on this?

The Intel HD 4600 is below the system requirements for the game. So this card for sure won't offer good results. In fact it sounds like a problem with the driver installation of your GTX970 graphics card or the graphics card itself. Maybe it will be a good idea to contact the astragon support team directly, so they can take a closer look: helpdesk@astragon.de
