Offline mode not working??

Hi due to my broadband internet connection being fixed for 2 weeks I cannot use the internet at the moment the only problem I have now is that I am having issues for the offline mode, it's because I want to play Bus Simulator 16 offline, but when I log in to my steam account I can't access it anymore despite I put my Username and my password correctly, has Bus Simulator 16 stopped the offline mode completely or there's an issue? Because sometimes I play offline mode with this game.
