How do I sart to get money from my drivers

Hi all great game but I had to sack one of my drivers as Im not making enough money from them how do I start to get money from them .... can some one help..thenks

First you have to choose a track and then you have to go to a bit down. Then there should be a "+" (Plus) Symbol. Just click on this and add one of your driver.

After you assign a hired driver to a route... Go drive a route.. at the end it will give you how much you made + the other busses; once you do that you can then go and lookng inour routes to see howmuch that route will bring in. Keep in mind the higher the level of your hired drivers = more money they bring in. Also the more busses on a route = more money i will generate as well.

Establish routes with a way they would make profit. For example ; don't design routes with just 3-4 stops but more than nine stops. Drive the route five times and then assign it to the drivers in order to fill the effiency. For example if a route is design for 5 drivers then assign the route to 5 drivers.

Thanks You guys you have been much helpful Iv'e noticed that when I have accidents it brings my weekly ammont down and I loose out I have gor 6 routes asiign for my 2 drivers but they arnt making much like you said McLaren if i have more stops assinged to the routes than I would make profit ...thanks Legacy3D and McLaren you guys for your help on this :)

You are welcome. Also, make sure that every week each route will be driven. Do NOT let any route without drive ( either by you or by your driver(s) ).
Pay attention to the route window and on the right side make sure that there is not a triangle next to a route. If yes, then you have to resolve the problem immediately.

Don't rush to make a lot of routes and don't rush to unclock new areas. Take it step by step and slowly. Design your routes, fill them with drivers and then design the next one. This will give you lot of money in the future. Oh, and stay away from loans, even if you disabled the option to go bankrupt on 100K, if you make lot of loans, for example few hundred thousands, then you will just paying the loan interest.

Also, one good thing is to have ads on your buses. Each add gives 500 and you can have four ads, so is 2000 per bus. I have around 25 drivers and buses and only from ads I can cover the expenses of wages and bus repairings, so what my drivers will gain from each route that is pure profit + what I will make by driving.

Just take it slowly don't rush.

How do get adds my busses McLaren i have no idiea thanks agian for your help :)

1. Click on the bus tab
2. You will see : a. My buses b. Shop
3. Click on My buses
4. Under each bus you will see a. customize b. sell .Also next to the bus name you can see a pensil in order to rename the buses.
5. Choose the bus you want and click on Customize.
6. You will see three tabs ; a. Paint b. Decals c. Ads
7. Click on the ads tab
8. You will see four empty slots.
9. Click on the first slot.
10. From there you can choose the ad you want .
11. After you choose your ad and now it is on the box, drag with your mouse the ad on any side of the bus you want. You can also place the ad on the top of the bus, you can also chance the ad's scale.
