oops.... one time there was a guy outside my garrage, he was waving his hands in the air. I went up to him and it came up with the prompt for the bus race.... I declined it! What are the chances of him popping up?

I know that.. but depending on the route you will spawn at a different garage.

I dont know if its only one garrage, i have only seen the person at my default garrage. (the one you start with)

Ahh ok.. I'll try loading that up a few times and see if I can get him to trigger.. So far I just get a bunch of drunks.

He should be visble by the window looking onto the strret, as far as i know. Thats where he was when i saw him.

They can spawn at all your garages as long as you don't quick start. When opening your garage door peek around the corner if there's someone waving. He offers you both races randomly.

When I saw that man waiving at me I thought he was one of my employes and he was helping me to park the bus into the garage :):)

Bus race always, no parcour ... I don't seem to be the only one never getting a parcour.
