Multiplayer isn't really Multiplayer
Be aware, this isn't multiplayer where you will see other players in-game.. you can only share routes.

Are you sure about that ?

do people think that is what it is? if people do, the developers never said anything about the multiplayer being like that...

From the Dev diaries and there is very little to see, it is a complete mystery to me what type of simulator they are trying to make. My heart sank when I saw the #4 Dev Diary on Multiplayer, this game looks like a city transport company simulator - not a driving simulator of a bus.

I received a response from the developers of TML Studios also: "We're not sure yet if the game will-have multiplayer capabilities After All We'll announce Any details as soon as we're confident Ourselves.."

In the Bus Simulator 16 multiplayer mode, you and your friends can manage a bus company together. As soon as you have switched your company to “public,” you will be able to invite your Steam friends, and everyone will have access to your company’s management panel. You won't see them driving but you can work together to create routes, buy buses, hire drivers, drive routes created by others, communicate using the internal game chat. TML has nothing to do with this game. Bus Simulator 16 is developed by stillalive studios.

I don't think people will really care about this feature then...

it 's a shame not to have a multiplayer driving =/

Rather Dissapointed To Read About The Multiplayer Althogh I'm Sure Someone Will Mod It In Like Ets2.

Which makes me wonder, will you get to see the drivers you hire riding around the city? Or will it also be like in Euro/American Truck Sim, where you hire drivers and you get updates of the work you do and money you get from them, but you don't see them riding around the roads.

It will be like the second option you wrote, sadly

It kind of starting sound like a arcade management game than a proper driving simulator game.

I'm quoting myself from another thread:

"This game wont be a OMSI 2 replacer. No day/night cycle, only one map and we cant create more maps. And it looks really cartoony. Plus, the physics doesn't look very accurate"

It sounds like it's just the same as Omsi 2's AOD mp. People drive for your company and get paid and rank up.
I really thought we would see other players, kinda a shame we won't in the end.
