Bus Simulator 16 Gold Edition does not start

Hi community, I have a problem, I bought this game a few days ago, when I start the game it appears a large white window appear with message "BusSimulator16.exe has stopped working" and then comes out on the desktop. Only this game between all those purchased has this startup problem (ex: ETS2, TombRaider 20th,... no problem). I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem remains.
How can I fix this problem? My configuration PC is:
MB MSI X99A GAMING 7, CPU Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 12 logical processors, RAM: 32668 MB, Windows 7 (64 bit), Two Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 on SLI Mode (2 GPUs), Main display resolution: 1920 x 1080, HDD Samsung SSD 512Gb Total available space 1060615 MB, Controller Logitech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel USB.

Hi Kommafee, I have already written 5 days ago to that address but I have not yet received a response. Last night I unintentionally started the game from the local folder by running BusSimInstall.exe first and immediately after BusSimulator16.exe and the game started without any mistakes. A message was to run the game in [Performance_branch] mode that improves performance and I've done it, it works well all and saves the level reached. A unique peculiarity, if I start the game from Steam I have the initial error. Strange. For now I will use the game on the local but I would like to understand why Steam does not leave.
