Unlock Keys to the City

I have 6 or 7 routes covering every stop on the map. I have at least 2 drivers on each route but still I cannot unlock the above task. Can someone please explain the exact requirements to complete this task? I have completed the previous two requirements. It is just the final part I cannot complete

1.) All of the bus stops have to be included in your route network - on profitable routes.

2.) Assign at least one driver and one bus to each of your routes.

3.) Each of your routes have to be driven by yourself to generate a positive bestresult. Withjout a bestresult your drivers can't earn money on these routes.

Thanks. I have all of this and each of the routes generate a profit. Can I use routes that I had set up for previous missions or do I need to delete all of the lines and set up brand new lines, completing the three steps you outline above, to unlock the final requirement?

No, you don't have to delete your old routes. It works with the existing ones too. :-)

It does not for me. I have every stop covered, every route being driven by a driver and still it does not unlock the final step in this challenge. Do I need a five star rating on every route as well as making sure they are all profitable?
