high-end gaming pc but low fps?

hey guys i play it on max settings and got 30 fps still changed to low settings same fps, i have beastly pc but why so low fps? other games for example assetto corsa i play on ultra settings and get 120 fps

my specs are:

i7 6700k
16 gb ram
gtx 1080

lol dude at jungle i have 200 fps wtf i need more ram it happend after gpu driver update

There is a performance optimized version in a separate branch available. This patch should contain a noticeable performance increase for numerous computer configurations.
