Static Clothing fabric glitch- no cloth physics

Almost all of the outfits that are supposed to have cloth physics (cloth on clothing ruffles and flaps when running, attacking, ect) are now completely static and won't work correctly. Let's say that you're wearing an outfit with a cape or robe, and the fabric is supposed to flutter when moving, it will either stick to the back of the character's legs, constantly hang downward so the legs of the character clip through it, or stick out at a weird angle.

Sorry, it's hard to explain fully, but here's a pic so you get a better idea:

As you can see, the cloth around the character's belt is sticking out at a strange angle so it looks like he's wearing a tutu, when it's supposed to hang downwards and have its own physics.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Is there any sort of patch to fix this?

go to C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Aspyr\Star Wars The Force Unleashed and edit the config.xml inside. Search for <s id="ClothLevel">0</s> and change it to <s id="ClothLevel">1</s>

I cannot. There is no Aspyr folder. There is a Force Unleashed folder under Steam.

that Aspyr folder is under AppData\Local
Appdata is an hidden folder, if you don't know how to show hidden folder follow this steps
