PSP vs Wii/PS2/Switch, and some Questions

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm wondering if the PSP version has all the content from the Wii, PS2, and Switch versions (assuming those are functionally identical)? I know the PSP release has historical missions, but I couldn't find if anything was changed or removed. I'd also like to know if the handheld versions had any promotional or permanently missable content, bonuses for connecting to a different game, or anything that required Wi-Fi since I don't think either platform supports that anymore?

PSP version has historical missions. But doesn't have the versus mode and graphic wise it looks worse than the PS2 version.

wii version has the versus mode but no historical missions and graphics are better compared to PS2 version. Switch version is the same as the Wii version.

PS2 version doesn't have versus mode and historical missions. graphic wise it is better than the psp version but worse than wii version.

If you want you can just try the psp version on a psp emulator and see the differences yourself.
