Unleashed 2 is a continuation of the first game. They're both different.

The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition is the first game with a few bonuses that weren't originally released with the game; Force Unleashed II is the second game.

ok thanks for some reason i was always under the impression sith edition is the same just with some other playable characters
Sith Edition has feature not present in the originial release. For Ex. In the original version, combat was combo based like in many fighting games. Sith edition kinda ruined that and put in a points based system in which you earn points in 3 categories and invest in better health, some force powers, etc. The Holocron mechanic has changed a bit to fit in with the points system, which im not fond of. Its "the same game", but not. The graphics and their quality are the same, and several mechanics were changed. The Force Unleashed 2 is the sequel.

Has more missions and each of the missions take longer to get through with better level design

Unleashed 1 is probably better than Unleashed II, at least in my opinion.
While Unleashed 1 doesn't have graphics as good as Unleashed II, Unleashed 1 has the btter storyline and, in my opinion, better gameplay.
Unleashed II feels more like a DLC than a full game. Unleashed 1 feels like a full game, with the added Sith content.

Whuh? I played the base game on 360 when it came out, and the upgrade system was exactly the same.

Also, you can do combos, you just have to unlock them first. It's worth the effort; they're really cool.
