1.PS2 version has lnferior physics, destruction and inferior force grip.(You can't throw enemies vertically in that version)
2.PS2 version is very easy. Whenever you die, the game just revives you without reviving the enemies.
3.The cutscenes are much better on this version compare to PS2 version.(In ps2 version characters don't even have facial animations which ruins some cool scenes)
4.Graphics are better on this version.
5.This version has a more tactical combat compare to ps2 version.
6.level design is also better in pc version. PS2 version has invisible walls that prevent you from dying from falling down. PC version also has side missions.
7.This version has less annoying QTEs compare to PS2 version.
8.Some sections of the storyline were removed from the ps2 version.
9.Content wise, pc version has the same amount as the PS2 version since this version has 3 additional missions released as dlcs.
10.Upgrade system is also better on the pc version.
11.You have more enemy types and better balanced enemies compare to ps2 version.(For some reason the ps2 version gave a very high hp to stormtroopers at the end of the game.)
These are the only things that are better on the ps2 version:
1.Less bugs.
2.some additional dialogues that characters have in cutscenes.
3.Better lock on and better camera during bossfights.
4.Starkiller wears the same costume and holds the same lightsaber that you have selected for gameplay.
