It runs at 30FPS but then again 60 FPS makes this game's physics buggy.
The Xbox One X version is only available at 30fps but it is enhanced to 4K with HDR so if you have a 4K TV it is best to play it there.
The Xbox version also has 59 achievements while the PC doesn't have any.
It seems that there are also fewer glitches on the Xbox version.
However the PC version is the Ultimate Sith one which has all the dlcs included while you have to buy them separately from the Xbox store or buy a physical Xbox 360 Ultimate Sith version to have them included.
