So, General Kota is the biggest ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the SW universe (Spoilers)

Honestly, I was disappointed.
The guy was a Jedi, but after losing the battle with Galen, he abandons everything and becomes a drunkard (because that is what Jedis do, right?). Galen rescues him, and in the final scene, after beating both Darth Vader and Darth Sidious, Starkiller prepares to deliver the killing blow, but Kota stops him. He says he shouldn't do it, because it would turn him to the dark side (WIth that lame speech of "noooo you shouldn't kill them, because killing is wrong, killing is from the Dark Side"). This was the biggest mistake, because Luke Skywalker and the Rebels would have to deal with them later anyway.
This leads to the emperor attacking them, forcing Starkiller to sacrifice himself to save the rebels.
To sum it up, Kota really screwed everything up by literally saving Vader and Sidous and kinda killed Starkiller.

Oh, indeed! I forgot about that.
But we don't really know what hapenned. There is the possibility that Kylo is actually a Double Agent, infiltrated into the dark side in order to kill Snoke. All theories tho.

I don't think so, because in theory, the Force is everything. It is in you and out of you, and you are the Force's manifestation.

That's really dumb. You cannot deny your emotions. That is what leads most of the jedi to become Sith (see Anakin for example).
They surpress their emotions following the Old Jedi Order's laws and end up unnable to control their anger and hatred. This is why the Old Order was BS.
