Early Access Roadmap
Please note that the below is a rough roadmap only and may be subject to change! We'll be updating and adding to this frequently and asking the community what they'd like to see next, as well as taking feedback and suggestions and making changes accordingly.

  • Mk 3 Miner and Mk 3 Storage Unit
  • General bug-fixes and quality-of-life improvements
  • Large-scale performance optimisations
  • New Status View to show how your station is functioning at-a-glance

Coming Up
  • Localisation in several languages
  • Voice-over for all introduction text

2 - 4 Months
  • Quantum Technology-based resources, items and materials
  • Quantum Storage Unit for accessing critical resources from anywhere
  • Laboratory for researching new methods of producing items and materials
  • Large Shipyard for constructing Massive-Class ships
  • New ship classes and types
  • Component Factory for producing large ship-parts
  • Large Tug Bay & Large Tug
  • Recycler for breaking-down parts into constituent materials
  • Cleaner and more optimized Pipe System
  • Multiple Switchable Hotbars
  • New Sensor View with filters for locating resources and objects
  • New Mass-Select system for making large-scale factory changes easily
  • New Tech-Tree system with lots of powerful new upgrades & Tech Points re-rolling
  • Multiple New Locations (details to come)
  • Steam-Deck Support
  • Many more smaller tweaks, changes and QOL improvements

5 - 7 Months
  • Blueprints system: Create easily reproducible factory prefabs
  • Master Control Panel: Easily see an overview of an entire location's output and usage
  • Fully modular Space Elevator that you design and construct
  • New Location: Alien Colony World with trading for advanced parts and materials via Space Elevator
  • Station Dressing: Add awesome new details and enhancements to customize your stations's appearance and make it unique to you
  • Photo-Mode so you can easily share your creations
  • New Location: Black Hole (details to come)
  • Magnetic Accelerator lets you compress and fire unwanted items into the local star - or at enemies!
  • More new buildings, materials, items and parts

The Future
Some of these goals are in the concept stage only, and may change drastically as they draw closer to release, or not make it to the final release stage. We'll be adding your own suggestions and requests to this list as well, and these may supersede the items on this list.

Maybe I just misunderstood, but I didn't know how much larger the range would be than the demo?

The demo ends at a certain stage and how far will I be able to continue?

The demo ends at Station Level 5 and only includes the Asteroid Belt Zone, while the initial Early Access launch includes up to Station Level 12 - with each level significantly bigger than the last - and features 4 unique planets/biomes to explore.

We are very big Sci-Fi nerds, and its always been a concept that intrigued us - growing your own gene-tailored bio-tech starships!
