Like Silent Death Online?

Silent Death was amazing a long time ago before it was taken away from the world. For those that have played it, is this game very similar?

Officially we avoid to compare VoidExpanse with other games.

Loved silent death too but it was a squad+turn based combat simulator similar to TableTop Starfleet Battles or Car Wars. Void Expanse is a homage to Star Control II on a budget. Well worth the money and they did a great job for the scope and value.

Interesting...did EA make that too? If not, I wonder if it was first and if it was the reason EA pulled the game from existence.

The table top game with minatures was from the late 90s. Mythic was a MMORPG company who had the rights to make Silent Death then EA gobbled them up after the success of Camelot Online hoping that Warhammer Online would be even bigger. Instead they screwed over the staff and disbanded the company which is one of the many reasons people regard EA is corrupt and evil.
