Game wont even start. quits after short black screen

Game crashes after short black screen.
didnt find a fix
tried gfwl, compatibility mode
i have windows 10 with a radeon rx480

Hello I am in the same situation just wondering if you have found a fix for this, any help would be appreciated

it works on a VM with win7 but is really slow. Even if you get to the menu and want to start a game in windows 10 it just crashes again. it is just broken on win10. even if i got it to work and start it always crashed at starting a new game (windows10 update even broke more it somewhat worked 2 years back to get atleast into the menu). Just try win7 and you will be able to atleast start a game. (i know it sucks. i didnt play it either because of this)
